4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Prices listed are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Full payment (via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI) is required at the time of order unless agreed otherwise for bulk or contract work. Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received.

5. Delivery & Risk

Products will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. SanRaj Electricals will not be responsible for delays beyond its control, such as transport, supply chain, or force majeure events.

6. Service Terms

Services are provided as per mutually agreed dates and specifications. Customers must ensure access to sites and provide necessary safety clearances as required by law. All installation and electrical work will follow Indian standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Warranties & Liability

Goods carry a manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable); installation work is warranted for 12 months from completion. Liability for damages is limited to the value of the affected product or service. No indirect or consequential damages will be entertained.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment/activation of service. Returns are accepted for defective products and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed as per our returns policy. Custom or special order items may be non-returnable.

9. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate information for billing and service fulfillment. Any misuse, illegal activities, or violations of policy may lead to termination of access to the platform and legal action.
